MOSAP, a.s. company based in Nitra provides comprehensive services in project, engineering and construction-assembly areas. The company was established in 1997 with a gradual transformation and merger of Mastorbs, STG s.r.o. and Bamsit s.r.o. companies which have been active in Slovakia and abroad since the early nineties.
MOSAP, a.s. has implemented more than 100 projects as a general contractor in the field of energy, investment and infrastructure construction. Abroad, our company has realized more than 30 successful projects, including the construction of petrol stations Karm, Pampov and Anklan, as well as the assembly of technologies and construction work for AKP Medlov, Škoda Plzeň and AVIA Praha.
Our construction activities in the recent years focus mainly on the construction of rental apartment buildings for towns and villages (meeting the requirements of SFRB funding and MDV SR subsidies); developer residential and administrative projects; linear constructions (water supply, sewerage, lighting, roads, squares and walkways) and turnkey family houses. The company management and our employees place a high priority on the high quality, expertise and speed of the construction work, as we are aware of the economic impact of these parameters on the profitability of the projects and the quality of use of our customers' building works. In case of interest of our customers, we can provide our own “view from practice” for the implementation of the submitted project documentation, in terms of cost structure, practical use of the work already implemented and possible construction alternatives to the proposed project documentation. The result of such an analysis for our customers is often saving construction costs and shortening the construction work time.

Despite all the efforts and work, almost no construction can be finished without minor faults and complaints. In such cases, our company does not avoid its responsibility but promptly responds to the shortcomings with their removal without undue delay to the satisfaction of our customers.
